The Project

A sprawling hillside estate spanning roughly two-thirds of an acre, built through the height of the pandemic over two and a half years. The scope included a 2,000 square foot pool house, a matching garage, three water features (a lap pool, a play pool, and a spa), a basketball court, and extensive retaining walls, finished with mahogany box-beam ceilings and a custom spiral staircase.
