Matt Tabel didn't launch his company from behind a desk. He learned his trade as a finish carpenter building multi-million-dollar custom homes during the dot-com boom, running wire, hanging drywall, cutting crown molding with his own hands. Third generation in the trades, construction isn't his career. It's his family's language.
Margie grew up in a large family with modest means, in a home that was falling apart. Those memories never left. When she walks through a client's finished kitchen for the first time, she's thinking about the kids who'll grow up in that house, and what those rooms will mean to them twenty years from now.
Together, they made a decision: build something of their own. Give people a great product at a fair price. Do it their way: with integrity, not shortcuts.
